We retain all rights to our underlying technology, platform, and pre-built solution templates. You retain all rights to your own business content, data, and branding that you provide to us for configuration and deployment.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our solutions are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analytical Point disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our solutions or services.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access to any solution that violates these Terms or poses a security risk to our systems or other customers.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
